Update Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Systems. Adjust website content as per customer needs. Download customer Database forms and completion of online studies from online web machines. Interconnect systems with Microsoft Access systems to gather info, details, and customer preferences on travel products available. Train sales agents how to effectively manage customer knowledge. Knowledge will be applied online and throughout manual sales in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Electronically manage the manual translation of marketing texts on the websites brochures, newsletters and other marketing means. BA in Marketing plus 1 yr. exp. Required, 35 hrs/wk.
